    Shipping/Handling Policy:

    If you would like to place orders to multiple address’s- You will need to place separate orders for each address or email us with your list of address's.

    Your gift selection will be shipped regular ground service via UPS.  Ground shipping does not ensure delivery on a specific date, it can take up to 7 business days depending on the destination.
       Please select overnight, 2-day, or 3-day to guarantee delivery date.

    Shipping/handling cost is PER basket shipped. This is the cost PER basket unless it is multipules of very small baskets that are all going to one address. In that case there will one shipping charge for the box shipped. Call or e-mail for quote on shipping charge for multipule baskets being shipped to one address.



    Up to $35.00= $13.00

    $36.00-$48.00= $14.00

    $49.00-$64.00= $15.00

    $65.00 and up= $16.00+
    All other requests for 3-Day Select, 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air will be quoted upon request. These orders must be made before 11:00 AM CST. Penalty fees for incorrect addresses will be charged.


    Local delivery is offered in the greater Tulsa, Oklahoma area.
    Delivery fees range from $10.00 to $15.00 per location. This fee will appear on your invoice as shipping fee. Local delivery fees are not included in the listed price of the gift basket.


    Sales tax is charged to any order delivered within Oklahoma at the county and city rates per Oklahoma sales tax laws. Any order to be shipped outside of Oklahoma will not be charged sales tax.

    We recommend shipping next day or second day air on packages containing cheese, summer sausages, and or chocolates during the months of May through Sept.

    Privacy Policy:

    Under no circumstances will we disclose and/or sell our customer database to any third party companies. The information we collect from you is solely to process and ship (deliver) your gift to the recipient. In order to process your order we must have your name, mailing address, phone number and email address. This information will allow us to fill your order and notify you of your order status. Your e-mail address is used to send you a confirmation note/receipt of your order. We use a secure server to collect and process all orders.

    Return Policy:

    We take great care in creating and packaging our gift baskets, therefore, any damaged shipment must be reported to us immediately. It is important to keep all packaging as it may be requested by carrier. We will make every effort to replace any damaged items and ensure your satisfaction.

    Unopened baskets may be returned within 5 working days only with an authorization number. Please call or email us to obtain an authorization number. Return shipping is the responsibility of the recipient/buyer. Shipping and handling charges are non- refundable. All merchandise must be returned in the original carton and in good condition. No credit can be issued until the returned merchandise is received and inspected by us.

    We pride ourselves on fast service and shipping, therefore any cancellations must be made within 12 hours of order confirmation.
